Company and guest dancers for the state ballet of Hesse (Wiesbaden/Darmstadt). Apply via the online form; selected candidates attend the audition on 10 January with a callback on 11 January (both days required).

• At least 3 years of professional stage experience
• Strong classical technique and a high level of contemporary dance
• Comfortable with improvisation and open to new choreographic approaches
• Expressive, adaptable and collaborative
