Overview

One male principal/soloist to fill a vacancy for 2026/27, neoclassical and contemporary repertoire, minimum height 181 cm. Audition on 23–24 October in Rijeka; individual auditions are possible if you cannot attend.

✓Requirements

• Male dancer, height 181 cm or taller
• Graduate of a secondary-level ballet school (or equivalent training abroad)
• At least 2 years of professional experience
• At least 5 leading or supporting roles (2 or more leading), and at least 3 reviews praising your dancing
• Strong classical technique and ability in neoclassical and contemporary work
• Excellent partnering, including classical lifts
• Experience with improvisation, contact improvisation, basic acrobatics and productions using video or digital technology
• Working English, including professional terminology

Vacancy for the 2026/27 season. Besides ballet, you may take part in drama, opera, musicals, education programmes and promotion.
