Overview

Boston Ballet's application form for the 2027/28 season opens on 1 November 2026, for the main company, the second company Boston Ballet II and the Donna Egan Graduate Program. Apply to one level only with a video, CV and photos; auditions are by invitation only. The closing date has not been published yet.

• Professional dancers (currently or previously employed): apply for the Company
• Students and pre-professional dancers: apply for Boston Ballet II (you may still be considered for the Company)
• Apply to only one level; auditions are by invitation only
• Classical variations on pointe if you are trained in pointe work

✉What to send

1. Video (non-password-protected YouTube or Vimeo link, no introduction or fancy editing, in form-fitting attire): a short classical variation, a short contemporary variation, 3–5 minutes of barre (both sides) and 3–5 minutes of centre (adagio, pirouettes, petit and grand allegro)
2. Résumé / CV
3. 1 headshot
4. 2–3 dance photos showing line and proportions
